What:

A mentoring scheme designed to widen the access of young people to creative careers

Why:

Whilst working on longer contracts within agencies, mentoring other planners and helping them progress has been a highlight and something I'd like to do more of

Result:

Sophie, my mentee has been an absolute gem, plus I'm learning some great mentoring pointers to use with teams at work too.
